Return & Refund Policy

At LAYMOON, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our policy is designed to be fair to our customers across Bahrain and the GCC.

1. Returns (Change of Mind) If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, the following conditions apply:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened (in its original shrink-wrap/packaging), and include all tags and accessories.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Only the product price will be refunded (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt (as per Bahraini Consumer Protection Law).

  • LAYMOON will cover all shipping and collection costs in these cases.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care, hygiene, and beauty products.

  • Items where the original factory seal has been broken or tampered with.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item (takes 3-5 business days).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer. Please allow 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
