At LAYMOON, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our policy is designed to be fair to our customers across Bahrain and the GCC.
1. Returns (Change of Mind) If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, the following conditions apply:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Condition: The product must be unused, unopened (in its original shrink-wrap/packaging), and include all tags and accessories.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Only the product price will be refunded (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt (as per Bahraini Consumer Protection Law).

LAYMOON will cover all shipping and collection costs in these cases.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care, hygiene, and beauty products.

Items where the original factory seal has been broken or tampered with.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item (takes 3-5 business days).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer. Please allow 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
